CONVERSATIONS SHAPE CULTURE.

[A curated archive]

[Celebrating a decade of hosting, facilitating and building conversations across organisations, industries and communities. First offline. Now online.]

From innovation summits and leadership dialogues to conversations behind the scenes, I create spaces where ideas become tangible, people genuinely connect and stories unfold. This archive brings together selected work across business, culture and leadership. Different in context, but led by one conviction: Stories shape how we see the world and conversations shape what we do next.

Black History Month Hamburg marked its 30th anniversary with a special evening at Hamburg City Hall, hosted by the SPD and initiated by Hamburg’s first Black female member of Parliament. The event brought together community voices, politics, culture and civil society to reflect on three decades of Black history and visibility in Hamburg.

I had the privilege of hosting this milestone evening. From opening the conversation around who gets to write and shape our histories, to honouring the people who built the movement, and moderating conversations about where we stand today and where we go from here.

For Haspa’s #haushoch event, I hosted the launch of a new direction for its real estate business bringing 150+ colleagues together to kick off the transformation of the Kompetenzwelt Immobilie.

The entire day was built around one metaphor: building a house. From laying the foundation and shaping the blueprint to constructing the roof and filling the house with life.

For me, this was a great example of what hosting can do beyond guiding a programme. It creates a thread through complex topics, makes transformation tangible and gives people a shared experience to connect to.
